Nkwashi the private
luxury town

Nkwashi is a private town nestled on the edge of the Lusaka plateau and overlooking the nearby Zambezi escarpment. Master planned to be home to over 60,000 people upon completion, Nkwashi is one of the most ambitious mixed use developments in Africa, and a standalone project in Zambia with respect to its scale and scope.

The Luano Farm Block is a large-scale, private farming estate located in Zambia’s central province, adjacent to Mkushi, the country’s most successful agricultural zone. Nyati is a private wilderness reserve located in Zambia’s Chiawa area, adjacent to the Lower Zambezi National Park. The estate is home to diverse wildlife and offers breathtaking views of the Zambezi River to the south and the dramatic Zambezi escarpment to the north. It features several 20-acre properties where wildlife roams freely.

Carbon Canopy

Carbon Canopy is a climate investment platform that partners with rural communities to develop forest-based carbon offset projects. It helps identify project sites, conducts feasibility studies, and designs large-scale forestry projects. Carbon Canopy also secures investors and buyers for the carbon offsets. Currently, it works with communities that own over 2.5 million hectares of land.
