Pezo serves as Chief Operations Officer, with over 10 years overseeing collections and general administration of the company. She is also responsible for overseeing the firm’s local and international credit portfolio, payment systems, legal and conveyancing matters, business development , and the human resource function.

She has extensive experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ensuring operational efficiency and integration across business functions.

Pezo holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Finance, a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a specialisation in Planning and Development, and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management. She is affiliated with the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
