Michael is a Chartered Accountant and accomplished finance executive with over 15 years of leadership experience across banking, investment management, fintech, and audit. A Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA), he holds a ZICA Professional Certificate, an MBA in Finance, and is currently pursuing an MSc in Risk Management.

As CFO of Thebe Investment Management, he leads financial strategy for a $1.2 billion diversified portfolio spanning real estate, equities, carbon credits, energy, trading, and education. His career includes senior roles at First Alliance Bank Zambia Ltd and TransUnion Zambia, where he delivered major cost efficiencies, strengthened governance, improved liquidity, and enhanced regulatory compliance.
