Hezron serves as Chief of Staff at Thebe Investment Management Limited, working closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Management to drive strategic execution, governance, and organisational impact. He facilitates effective decision-making and acts as a primary liaison between governance and operational leadership.

With nine years at the company, Hezron has helped shape strategic initiatives, enable cross-departmental collaboration, and align organisational priorities with long-term growth objectives. His responsibilities include oversight of departmental performance reviews and providing advisory support to the CEO on key business priorities.


Hezron’s expertise spans strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, corporate governance, and legal and regulatory affairs, underpinned by a commitment to integrity and results-driven leadership. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Development and a Bachelor of Laws, and is currently pursuing the Legal Practitioners’ Qualifying Examination (LPQE).
